The Catskills Apartment is really nicely presented and very clean. It was well equipped, bed was comfortable, nice shower. Nice to have the balcony and view of the hills. Easy to get around to other places and there is a good supermarket in the nearby town of Margaretville. Suited the two of us really well.

The Loft is centrally located in Arkville, near skiing and shopping and is one of four suites in a classic village home, built in the 1800s. The house has been completely and beautifully updated. The original wide plank wood floors and rafter beams remain as reminders of the past. The updated appliances and fixtures are the modern conveniences that we’ve all come to expect.

Centrally located in Arkville, The Guest House Loft is a short drive to Belleayre and Plattekill mountains, swimming, hiking, shopping and art, and is close to wedding venues!

The Studio apartment is on the second floor, one flight of stairs.

Cozy long weekend. We had a really niced stay here. The unit was in very good condition and very clean. We had no problems getting comfortable right off the bat. My wife appreciated the cozy blankets in the living room. We especially appreciated the pretzels and wine that was left in the unit. We would definitely recommend staying here. We spent some of the time hiking in the Catskills and this was a good location to reach some nice trails.
It’s a lovely little place, great for a small family. The place is very clean. We love it that the bedroom and bath is upstairs and the kitchen/living room is downstairs. Kids like to go up and down the stairs. We’ll definitely recommend this place to friends

Perfect place for our family of 4 - felt brand new, was really clean, and thoughtfully stocked with coffee fixings, spices for cooking, and wonderful smelling soap, shampoo, and lotion. Just a few minutes down the road from Belleayre Mountain for skiing, and just off the main road, this was the perfect home base for us during a snowy weekend. Communication was seamless, and the hosts offered lots of recommendations for the area. We'll be back!
This apartment was so comfortable and perfect for our family of four. The apartment was in excellent condition, and the host stayed in contact with me throughout the stay. It was only a short drive to Belleayre Mountain. We would definitely rent again!
A wonderful place to stay! The unit is very clean, comfortable and the hose it great. Everything is just like the photos and the location is convenient, close to good food options and skiing. We can’t wait to come back!
We enjoyed our stay at the Guesthouse. The newly renovated unit was very convenient for skiing at Belleayre and the layout worked out very well for our family of 3. Our 11 year old was quite comfy on the futon that was set up for us in the alcove of the bedroom upstairs.
The quality and finish of everything in the property was exceptional. It was very modern and immaculate. The amenities ere very well done and thoughtful. The proximity to Belleayre and the food locations were very close and convenient. My family and I would not hesitate to book again. The wine and pretzels were a fantastic touch. You now have some Outsiders Pretzel customers for life!
