• A newly renovated house, very clean, comfortable and nice furniture, in walking distance from the Main Street with restaurants in the hamlet of Pine Hill, home of a historical museum, with a brook running through the woods behind the house. The street is very quiet and allows a peaceful walk by the brook. It is very close to ski in the winter. The kitchen has all utensils needed. The house has a terrace on the second floor, very pleasant to sit outside, books and games. Jason and Phyllis were very prompt and friendly, they even allowed us a late departure. Thank you so much! Overall a great experience, cannot wait to go back!

• Our stay at this property was absolutely fantastic. The house is so cozy, beautiful and well kept. The location is scenic with the view of the mountains in the front & a creek flowing by at the back. The neighborhood is nice. The downtown area is pretty close by with lots of options for restaurants & bars. The GPS took us exactly till the house, so no problem in finding the house too. The house is well equipped for kids, with ample beds & extra mattresses for them. Also lots of board games to keep them occupied, and the adults free! Highly recommended for anybody looking to stay in the area.

• The house is clean and was renovated recently. I liked that each room had its own heat-pump so you could control the temperature of the room. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking.

• This was my second time staying at Jason and Phyllis's property. It's a lovely house in a great spot and they are great communicators--highly recommended if you're coming to this part of the Catskills!

• We stayed with family for a weekend and this property was extremely clean and we'll kept. we will definitely be staying again in the near future.

• Jason and Phyllis are great host! This house is the perfect house for my family and I. Everything was new and we felt so comfortable in this house. Fully equipped with all the things you need. Will be back!

• This was a great, modern, and clean place to stay! The beds were comfortable and everything was well organized and clean.

• Jason and Phyllis are excellent communicators and have a beautiful place. The Catskills were gorgeous and we had a great stay!

• Large, nicely renovated and maintained home by the creek. Jason and Phyllis were helpful hosts. Internet speeds were also very good. The house is located directly in a small Catskills village so there is limited privacy in the outdoor space.

• A great house really close to Bellayre! A very thoughtful and tasteful remodel, spacious bedrooms, good outdoor space and friendly neighbors. Jason and Phyllis also provided lots of good information about the house and area. Would definitely stay here again!

• Terrific home. Even better than pictures. Family of 4 (2 kids). Great and thoughtful renovation. Very quiet. Will stay again if opportunity presents itself. Spent 3 nights in between our daughter’s camp sessions at Frost Valley. It’s Summer, so we enjoyed the sound of the low rushing of the creek in the back of the house - which you also have views of. We did the gondola at Belleayre ski (5 minutes drive) and spent about an hour at the top walking around - totally worth it. We also went to Belleayre lake and rented a paddle boat, and kids played on the beach - also totally worth it. Close and really good restaurant choices include Tito Bandito (walking distance) and Oakley’s (10 minutes drive). 

• This house is perfect! Our group was extraordinarily impressed by the layout (literally perfect for an Airbnb), cleanliness, and location. Would rate 6/5 stars if I could.

• Lovely home, great location!

• Very nice place. Everything is new, clean, and updated. Very bright inside with many windows and lots of lighting. It was great having the tv with Roku built in so we could log into any streaming services we have and it is set up to log you out upon departure. Very quiet neighborhood but still only a couple of minutes drive to a main road.

• Very nice and clean. Has everything you need. Less than 5 mins to Belleayre skiing. Great hosts.

• We had a great experience. The home was super clean and within a 5 min drive to Belleayre. The owners were so accommodating. Would rent again for sure.

• Fantastic house and we had an amazing stay. Completely renovated and well laid out and well appointed. Had everything we were looking for and was a very good size. We played board games (provided) every night by the fire. Beds and sofa were super comfortable. Entire house was extremely clean. On a very quiet street. Very close to Belleayre. WiFi was excellent (had at least 6 devices on it and both wife and I worked remotely while kids played on iPads). Also, although I only had one bar, I never had issues with phone call quality (at least according to those we were on the phone with - we have Verizon Wireless). Note that the local area, especially on the roads, do not have good cell reception. Really look forward to staying again! 

• Jason and Phyllis were so incredibly accommodating. The home was beautiful and clean- we couldn't ask for anything more. Highly recommended and would absolutely stay again.

• My husband, toddler, newborn baby, and I really enjoyed our stay at Jason and Phyllis’s newly renovated house. It was the perfect getaway from the city for a few days. Check in was smooth and they were very communicative. They gave us lots of tips for local resources. The house was cozy, comfortable, and super clean. It came stocked with everything we needed. There was lots of snow in the front yard to play in and a nice trail along an old train track to go snow shoeing just up the road. We really enjoyed coming back and warming up in front of the wood burning stove. Remember to bring some warm house slippers as the downstairs floors can be a bit cold. Otherwise everything was perfect and we would definitely recommend staying here and would visit again!

• A very rare find. New construction with modern amenities and a very short drive from skiing at Bellayre. The first floor is large and open with a spacious dining area and comfortable great room. The kitchen is well stocked with all of your needs. The bedrooms are large and nicely furnished. To top it off, you will be lulled to sleep by the babbling brook that runs behind the property. This is the perfect place to stay for both convenience and all the comforts of home.

• My family and I enjoyed our stay at Creekside — it was clean, comfortable, and convenient to outdoor activities. Jason and Phyllis were very responsive and thoughtful in their communications and had prepared useful recommendations for our stay. We would definitely stay there again!
