• Even though we booked this place last minute, Jason and Phyllis were able to accommodate making sure our check in experience was smooth. This was one of the best Airbnbs we've ever stayed at! Gorgeous mountain view, wooden terrace with comfortable chairs, large isolated green area for dogs to run around, beautiful interior with centralized air conditioning and fans, availability of both tub and shower, clean bedding and towels, windows in the ceiling to watch stars from the comfort of your bed. Very secluded and private, a perfect getaway. We hope to get visit sometime again!

They have not only provided a very well kept house but also shared lot of information regarding local communities, restaurants, things to do etc. We will be very happy to revisit in next opportunity.

• We loved our stay!!! So close to Belleayre for skiing. Beautiful view of the mountain from the house. The pictures honestly did not do it justice. It is so open and roomy. Beds were very comfortable. We appreciated being able to spread out. Kitchen is very well stocked. Lots of nature and space to explore around the house. We loved it!

• We had a great ski weekend! The house was 15 min from Belleayre, the house was very well stocked and the description/pictures were accurate to the actual home. We will definitely be coming back!

• We had a wonderful stay here. Very clean and comfortable. Lights were on when we arrived after dark which was really nice. Fully stocked kitchen and grill. Loved enjoying the mountain view. Great location with easy access to hikes nearby. Will definitely return!

• We had a great time at the Meadows! The cabin was in a secluded location with beautiful scenery and was easy to find. It was pretty clean and big enough for our whole group. We enjoyed using the fire pit and exploring the beautiful meadows on the property. Would definitely recommend this Airbnb.

Mountain view was breathtaking and the meadows let your heart sing! quiet peaceful secluded home that images wont do justice - decor is unique and tidy and house is well equipped to make your stay a huge success. • The best stay I have had in the Catskills! They were incredibly thoughtful with treats for the dogs and the humans. The house was very clean with updated kitchen and bathrooms. Will definitely be staying here again!

• This is an exceptional property (the pictures don’t do it justice!) and great for families. It’s tucked behind a private road, we only saw one car the entire time we were there. And there are several large beautiful fields for kids and pets to safely run around in, or bring a mat and do some yoga. Communication was thorough and clear.

• We loved exploring this property from the koi pond to the meadows on the eastern flank. We woke up to a lovely snow on a Friday morning...the white birches always beautiful

• My family and I really enjoyed our time here. The home is really private and the property is very large and beautiful. There’s a beautiful view and lots of open fields on either side of the home. The home was clean and the communication with the owners was great. They responded to my inquiries very promptly.

• We just spent four days at this very private, beautifully located cabin. The meadows and the view of Belleayre from the patio were beautiful. The kitchen was well equipped and it was very nice to have a gas grill. Upgrades were suggested for the living room and patio furniture. The ceiling fans and extra portable fans were very welcome as we were there for the hottest four days of the season. We took advantage of Belleayre lake because the weather was extremely hot. The lake is stream fed and very clean and cold! We were very pleased to be able to cool off. We ate at Oakley’s and the Sportsman Alamo in Phoenicia. The food and service were good. Another good time in the Catskills!

• My family and I really enjoyed our time here. The home is really private and the property is very large and beautiful. There’s a beautiful view and lots of open fields on either side of the home. • The house is in a wonderful location! Very clean and well kept. Jason went out of his way to accommodate last minute requests. We went for summer and will definitely love to stay here in the winter and have fun at the kid friendly slopes at the house’s backyard. 

• The Meadows is in a beautiful spot with beautiful views of surrounding mountains and the surrounding meadows are stunning! The home is extremely well-equipped for cooking, relaxing, and visiting the area-- close to great hikes, 15 minutes from the Round Barn Farmers Market, and it was easy to get everywhere! Be prepared for some gravel roads and decently-steep hills on the drive in / out. Phyllis and Jason were extremely welcoming and informative and went out of their way to deliver a misplaced pack-and-play for our youngest guest. We look forward to renting from them again.

• The house is in a beautiful location and does not fail to deliver stunning views and peaceful quiet. The kitchen and showers are a little outdated but they didn't try to make us think otherwise. If you're looking for a mountain-house feel, this is your place. Located up in the mountain just above RT 28 makes it ideal for a Belleayre trip. We had a minor issue at the house and Jason was there the following morning. Friendly guy and it was nice to meet him! Thanks for having us.

• The photos don't do the place justice! So worth it - book this place! Country chic little place with a great view, clean, semi good wifi, plenty of kitchen supplies, a wonderful outdoor setting to enjoy the outdoors - no real complaints. I worked remotely - zoom calls were a little choppy but the wifi is good enough to stream a movie or two. They also have a smart TV which is great modern touch to the cabin feel of the place. There are some great places to visit in the area - a must go is the Cody's Sugar Shack. Get the fresh maple syrup and fresh berry jam it is life changing!

• Jason and Phyllis were excellent hosts, and The Meadows is a beautiful home. Jason and Phyllis sent us detailed instructions for every aspect of our stay, and they were responsive late on a Saturday and helped us promptly when we accidentally locked ourselves out of the house. The house itself is beautiful, nicely decorated and has helpful kitchen items for cooking and eating. The location is well situated for day trips to Woodstock or for adventures hiking numerous trails nearby. We would highly recommend this home.

• My family and I stayed at The Meadows for our last ski weekend of the season. We stayed 3 nights. The house and property were great. Our experience couldn’t have been better. Dealing with Pine Hollow Lodging was great. From our original inquiry about renting a property all the way through our checkout the experience was perfect. They keep you very informed and are so thorough. It is really appreciated to work with people that go that extra mile all the time. I would highly recommend both the house as well as Pine Hollow Lodging to anyone. I look forward to renting from them again in the future.

• We had a great stay. Everybody was so excited to be here. It was so fun sledding & playing in the meadows. We went skiing and it was so fun. I loved being here! Thank you so much for everything!

• comfortable house which has a charm. love the decorations of old ski stuffs. warm hospitality and the view was amazing. very clean and there was everything you need in the house. we enjoyed skiing at Belleayre, 10 min+ away from the house, and there is cute small local supermarket on the way. we had a great time. thank you!

• Perfect quiet escape. It was our first time in the Catskills and we enjoyed the town, skiing at Belleayre (buy your lift tickets in advance, it sells out!), and the nature. Also I loved the feel of the cozy cabin with the high ceiling in the bedrooms and the skylights.

• My family has been using Pine Hollow Lodging for the past 10 years. Staying at the same property year after year, The Meadows. We have nothing but great things to say about both. Jason and Phyllis have been wonderful working with, they go to no end to make our vacations and memories unforgettable. As for the property, it is breathtaking, immaculate, and downright homey! We consider it our families second home. Our vacations to the Catskills have grown our family from one boy Kole to another boy Kyle to our little girl Kacey and can’t forget the dogs, Kody and Kane. The vacations have become the highlight of our year! Just wanted to say thank you to Pine Hollow Lodging (Jason and Phyllis) and The Meadows for providing my family with memories and experiences that we will never forget. My only issue is that I’m not able to give this review 10 stars! Cause it’s truly a PERFECT 10!!!

• Just when we thought this house couldn’t get any better…  WE LOVE the upgrades.  They are beautiful!

  We enjoyed sledding down the hill, then warming up by the fire!

• We had such a great stay. The house was so warm and cozy, perfect size for our small group + dog. The property is beautiful with awesome views of the nearby mountains. We really enjoyed the outdoor fire pit in the evenings, as well as the indoor wood-burning stove on a few of the chillier days. We enjoyed plenty of great hikes all within easy driving distance. Such a great trip and we'd love to stay at this property again if we ever make it back to the area!

• COVID-19 quarantine was extremely easy in this house. Actually don't want to leave. This view will be etched in our brains forever.

• We had a truly great stay at The Meadows on our family ski weekend. The booking process with Pine Hollow Lodging was very easy. The house was wonderful. The view of the mountain from the porch was beautiful. The wood burning stove has a big window so you can enjoy the fire. The house was exactly as described and we had everything we needed. I would absolutely stay there again.

• The Meadows house is a perfect home for a ski weekend at Belleayre. The view and property are beautiful. The house was really well stocked and the layout is great. We arrived at night and all the lights had been turned on and the heat was on, which was key as it was 1F out. Jason and Phyllis were extremely proactive with information and even giving us a heads up during a weather advisory. We will be back.

  It was a last minute booking for us. It was a great weekend with comfortable cabin and awesome views.

• My wife and I decided to make a tradition of heading to upstate New York every winter to visit family, relax, have fun, and build memories to tell our children! We couldn't have picked a better, more cozy, scenic place to stay! It's the thing we look forward to every year!

• We had a wonderful stay at the house The Meadows Labor Day weekend...between hiking the beautiful land during the day, to sitting in front of the fire pit in the evening, there was nothing better.
