• Everything was great!

• My family had a wonderful stay at the cabin. It looked just like the posted pictures. It was great to come back to the cabin each afternoon after a full day of skiing with all the amenities of home. A few issues during the stay but Jason was quick to respond and resolve them. The kids thoroughly enjoyed the ping pong table. We did not find either of the gaming consoles that were listed in the description. Overall, I would come back and stay again.

• The place was everything and more for my family's annual ski trip. House was warm and very clean upon arrival. We had a ton of fun with the ping pong table downstairs. Kids room had a ton of games for activity. The views off the balcony were amazing. The supermarket is a 5 min drive and Bellayre is 15min away. Great place for a getaway!

• My family spent a magic Christmas upstate in Two Brothers Woods cabin. There was lots of space for our family of 7 adults, with all facilities that we required. Kitchen was very well stocked (we cooked a full Christmas dinner!) and the location is very convenient, a short drive from a large, well stocked supermarket and diners and cafes, but also seems very remote. Could not recommend more! 

• The cabin, location, and views are all fantastic. We would highly recommend staying at this location and hope to return again soon.

• Gorgeous spot with spacious deck and living space to accommodate my brothers family and mine easily. The mountain and valley view was spectacular. The kitchen was well equiped and we dined in often. Very clean! Be prepared for stairs! The downstairs bedroom is not convenient to a bathroom. Our hosts were readily available if needed, always gracious and made us feel at home

• Two Brothers Woods is a beautiful log home offering stunning mountain views. The cozy living room was a perfect relaxation spot with plenty of windows and doors to take in the outside atmosphere from the comfort of the plush, leather couches and chairs. Outside, the spacious top deck was a wonderful spot to lounge on the swing or grill up a meal while enjoying the outdoors. Below, the large fire pit served up picturesque views in the evening. Jason and Phyllis were fabulous hosts, providing an abundance of information prior to/during our stay regarding the home and surrounding areas. Every room of the house was equipped with anything that a guest could possibly need to enjoy a restful and exciting stay. The ping-pong table downstairs, the assortment of video/board games, and access to wifi/satellite tv were all fantastic features on a rainy day! The house was extremely clean and well-maintained, with excellent care taken to ensure an enjoyable getaway. Jason and Phyllis and their Two Brothers Woods property are highly recommended!

• This house is amazing! Very spacious, comfortable, close to Balleayre Mountain and awesome views. It is our second time renting it and we cannot wait to come back. Jason is a very responsive and accommodating host. We highly recommend it to the whole Airbnb community.

• We had a great time at Jason and Phylis’s place. It was only 15 minutes from Belleayre. The living room has a beautiful floor to ceiling stone fireplace. The kitchen was perfectly stocked with everything you need. The view is beautiful especially on a clear day. The kids loved the ping pong table and game room. Perfect getaway! 

• The Two Brothers cabin was amazing! Great for a multi-family ski-weekend. Jason was very responsive, had the plow come to cleanup the road the morning after a surprise snowfall to ensure we could get to the lifts on-time. Can’t wait to go back!

• Great house and great view! We were close to lots of hiking and sites and came home at the end of the day to hang by the fire. The kitchen was fully stocked with all we needed. Our son really enjoyed the decor (carved bears), and we were grateful to have a baby gate with the house!

• Everything was very good. In fact, we were told that there was no Wi-Fi, but apparently the owner has upgraded from DSL to Wi-Fi recently. That was a significant convenience. We enjoyed our stay.

• We a absolutely loved our stay at Two Brothers Woods. Everything about the cabin was perfect for us. Super comfortable, spotlessly clean, incredible views, isolated but close to town. The kitchen has everything you need to make great meals. Really nice cookware and many spices. The house was bright and airy and the king size bed in the master bedroom was a great plus. We loved the sense of privacy, and peacefulness. Being able to bring our dogs was a huge plus for us. Phyllis and Jason really thought of every detail to make our stay comfortable. We hardly needed to bring anything except ourselves, food, and clothing. We can hardly wait to go back!

• We had a wonderful stay; lovely view from the porch; spacious house with great "flow"; well located for hiking, biking and exploring the region; close to town for food shopping; quiet.

• Honestly...perfect. Great views all around from the deck. Big private space our kids could run all around outside and a big fire pit outside to have those classic fires. Space inside was well furnished and had all your basic supplies for cooking. Great spot to get away from it all including your phone!

• Excellent Location and Great Stay.  The location of Two Brothers with the views was really special and exactly what we needed. The house rather well stocked and clean. The grill was fantastic and we used it a lot. One suggestion would be to have a salad spinner as all the other kitchen appliances were top of the line. The hosts were very easy to reach and acted right away. They had warned us that the dishwasher did not work and that they were trying to get it fixed but due to COVID that was hard. We washed the dishes by hand the entire week and that was fine. There was not wood for the outdoor fire but they made sure we had it the next day. The only other suggestion would be to move the big wooden bear out of the bedroom on the main floor-- it did scare my daughter. We are city folks and so this might not be an issue for people who like a hunter cabin decor. We had a wonderful and restful stay! Thank you!

• We had such a wonderful week up in the Catskills. Jason and Phyllis are very responsive and want to make sure your stay is very comfortable. The house was perfect for the family - the ping pong table was an added bonus for our kids - and the deck was perfect to sit outside and enjoy the beautiful views and weather. I highly recommend staying there - it's a great place!

• A wonderful location with views of the Catskills that makes for a very relaxing holiday. Jason and Phyllis are wonderful hosts and take care of everything.

• Beautiful home set in the gorgeous Catskill Mountains. Our group took advantage of the fire pit and outdoor grill, as well as a few hikes in the area. Couple things to note that may make your stay better: The internet is slow and there is no cell service at the home. If you’re planning to do any work you may need to make other plans, but if you want to get away this place is perfect! Thanks for a great stay!

• This house is amazing. It truly is a log cabin in the mountains with beautiful views and a deck to enjoy the surroundings. The decor really goes with the log cabin feel, making it warm and cozy. The bedrooms were all clean and comfortable. The large outdoor deck and seating areas were perfect for our family to share meals together. We all loved our weekend getaway at this house and would definitely stay again!

• This is a great house, with a beautiful view and great deck to enjoy it from. Hosts were wonderful. The kitchen is very well equipped, there's plenty of wood for the fire pit, a bluetooth speaker, and ping pong table (there's a dart board but no darts, for safety reasons, so bring your own if you want to play). My family and I all really enjoyed our stay at this quiet, remote space. And no mosquitoes!

• Jason and Phyllis's space is supreme! Located at the end of a long driveway it has such a special view of the Andes Valley. Make sure to check out wayside cider when you are there!

• Beautiful place with a beautiful view. You can spend days in the living room, deck, and kitchen area. The deck looks out over a ridge and onto distant mountains. The swinging wooden chair is great. Views can be had from living room and kitchen as well. Comfortable beds, the upstairs loft bedroom area is really well lit and spacious. We enjoyed the cabin immensely for a weekend of relaxing, cooking and taking in fresh air/views.

• We had a great time staying in Jason and Phyllis's place. The location is remote and the house is designed well. We were a party of 10 and had a great time. The kitchen is open and has a lot of utensils to cook with. We could have used one more restroom for the large group, but we made it work. I have stayed at a lot of airbnbs and this one does not disappoint.

• Jason and Phylis were amazing hosts. The house was way more amazing than all of us expected. The view was absolutely outstanding you couldn’t beat it!!! seeing the sunrise come over the mountains every morning was absolutely spectacular. The house was super clean and so spacious everyone loved their rooms. It had everything possible that you needed. Definitely recommend this house super close to Belleayre and Plattekill. we will be definitely booking again for our next Catskill vacation.

• Terrific home for family to gather. We had a wonderful time playing and relaxing together. This property makes one feel right at home upon arrival. Jason & Phyllis are terrific hosts and very helpful. The location is great too! We highly recommend this log cabin extraordinaire!

• This home is so spacious, comfortable, cozy, and beautiful! We enjoyed spending time in the large living space, fire roaring, and music playing on their sound system. The rooms are comfortable and cozy, and a much needed reprieve from loud, bright city life. Thanks for keeping the place so well equipped and clean! • Beautiful house, sparkling clean, lovely setting , close to Andes and Margaretville town centers. Hosts were very responsive and house is well equipped . Would definitely revisit.

• We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Jason and Phyllis's home! We were a group of 8 who wanted a weekend away from the city and we couldn't have picked a better place for our trip. The house was clean, beautiful, and offered wonderful views of the mountains. There was plenty of space for all of us and fresh sheets and towels in each room which was a nice touch. We even got to explore the land around the property on a mild day and found a small hiking trail behind the house! We cooked two big meals for our group and the kitchen was well stocked with utensils, pots/pans etc. Everything about the home was lovely and we would definitely come back again! • Amazing stay. Beautiful and clean cabin with one of the best patio/balcony I’ve had the pleasure of enjoying. Our hosts were super communicative, and instructions were easy to follow. Close access to local market for food. View is stunning, stars came out for us at night. Recommend 10/10.

• We arrived at the house at night and after driving through some fierce thunderstorms. We were delighted to wake up to an incredible view of clear skies and rolling trees and mountains. The house was well equipped with kitchen supplies, cooking tools, herbs and spices, and plenty of plates, glasses, and silverware. The house is dog friendly and our pups loved the house and grounds too. The fire pit provided the perfect end to our day.

• If you are group of families who are looking to have a great place to enjoy nature and as well the house - don’t bother looking further. Jason and Phyllis’s place is the one you need to book. The hosts are excellent and pretty fast in response. We have traveled there with our 11 months son and as well our friends. We had such a wonderful time; the view from the balcony (especially early in the morning) is just breathtaking. We had a great gathering and discussion around the fire pit late night. If you are a Nintendo wii and table ping pong fan, you will love the basement areat - you can even sleep there (there is a separate bedroom withing the game room). Overall the house itself exceeded our expectation and we loved the place. We will definitely come back, this time in winter. Thanks again Jason and Phyllis.

• Great even for large groups! We had 10 people and everyone was comfortable. The views were amazing and the location is very private. The description was perfect and everything was available as advertised.

• We had a great time at Two Brothers! The views from the yard and deck are incredible and it was a nice escape from NYC. It felt remote, but was also incredibly convenient with the grocery store and CVS a short trip away. Would definitely recommend to others and our group wants to come back!

• Jason and Phyllis's home is cozy, serene and perfect for a weekend getaway. The view from the deck is incredible; and my family and I also made good use of the fire pit and ping pong table. Jason was super responsive when we called him with a few different questions. I was also so happy this place is pet-friendly, my dog really loved the trip too! Highly recommend; would stay here again!

• The cabin was a wonderful place for 7 adults & 2 dogs to spend a long winter weekend. The living room space is fantastic - big windows with a great view, high ceiling and some of the most comfortable couches we've ever sat on! The kitchen is well stocked & the grocery store is only a short drive. One of the bedrooms is separate from the others in the basement which we hadn't realized when booking but this wasn't an issue for us. The only hiccup we had was not with the cabin itself but some of the communication before/after - owners called me by accident the weekend before bc they had dates switched in system, we got permission in writing to check out late but cleaners showed up early & we had to rush out of house very quickly. We would still stay here again - we had a great time! - but would just double confirm all details. Thanks Jason & Phyllis!

• Came here with the family and we had an amazing time. Has so much space. The playroom downstairs with the video games and table tennis was a awesome. The location of this was is close to ski resort and supermarket. Overall just an amazing home with beautiful views of the mountains and we can't wait to come back here again.

• Had a great time over Thanksgiving weekend. The house is beautiful and very tastefully decorated. The house is actually nicer than the pictures posted on airbnb. Everything was terrific. The cabin was well appointed and clean, views were beautiful from the windows, deck and fire-pit, beds were very comfortable, nearby hiking (Dry Brook Ridge Trail) and town of Margaretville were very good too. The kids enjoyed the "Catskill Candy" shop. Jason And Phyllis were also very quick to answer questions via email and phone. Great place that I highly recommend.

• Our family stayed here to celebrate cousin's Birthday. Everyone loved this clean and comfortable house! It has cabin vibe with modern amenities. Jason is great at communication. Early check-in without a problem. The view is spectacular and the house is fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. We enjoyed the fireplace!

• We were a party of 6 (2 couples/ 2 singles) celebrating a birthday and it was perfection! The cabin has everything you need. The fire pit and game room were a huge hit with our group. Andes and Bovina are close by and were great little outings. The hosts provide you with a lot of information about the house and surrounding area and respond quickly. The self check in is always appreciated. We will be back!

• Loved the house and the location. Would definitely rent again. Was a bit surprised about the sulfur smell, it is very strong and we were not prepared ahead of time for that experience. The property managers were wonderful!

• Jason & Phyllis' Catskill home is fantastic for a fun time away with family or friends! We stayed for a long weekend with friends and kids-- from nightly campfires & dinner on the deck to epic ping pong matches in the game room, we had fun and relaxed in this picture perfect home. No detail was left unattended, from the bear & deer themed decor to the detail-packed information provided before check in and during our stay. We'll definitely be back!

• My friends and I had an amazing time staying at this beautiful home. It's located in a private secluded area with a beautiful view. The house had everything we needed. There is a lot of space and the deck is great especially because of the view. There is also a game room. Some things to note is that the water has a foul smell because of the sulfide in the water. Also it is handy to have an axe for the outdoor fire. Overall this is a beautiful place with lots of fun activities around.

• Me and my family absolutely loved our experience. The cabin was beautiful and the scenery breath taking. Being in Margretville was a great escape from the stressful and fast paced suburban life. It was very relaxing.

Booking was very easy and they were very accommodating even though it was last minute. The cabin is beautiful, in a beautiful location, with many nearby hikes.
